Day 18 What's in my Stocking?
I thought it would be fun to share what my parents always filled my stocking with.
Something that’s pretty unique is all the English candy I always get. My grandma grew up in England and we’ve had a lot of traditional English food around. For Christmas I would always get three specific candies in my stocking: a Flake bar, Crunchie bar, and Buttons. It’s something I always look forward to.
In addition to those candies, I would always get a chocolate orange as well.
Besides candy, my parents would always put a $10 itunes gift card in my stocking.
While that not really a whole lot of things, they really mean alot to me and I’m glad I’ve had this type of informal tradition in my life.

Day 15 Christmas in Color
Last night Tyler and I went and experienced the Christmas in Color. This is a cute event that took place at the equestrian park near us. They created a half a mile long drive through with amazing lights. Lots of tunnels and trees everywhere. To top it all off, it was scynorated to music playing on a radio station.
I loved the light display and especially enjoyed driving through the tunnels. It was beautiful.
