The Pinners Convention was really awesome! I got to spend a Saturday with my Momma and we went to the convention. The pass we bought was for $30 a person that got us into all 6 class times that day. It was crazy busy inside and lots of people everywhere. Our first class started at 9:30 and we barely made it. This class was probably my favorite one of the day. We made cute wooden home decor. With the wood letters of H M and E and then a character to fill in for the O each month. The class had a selection of a reindeer or a snowman. I choose the snowman and my mom chose the reindeer. I had a blast painting my wood and loved that all my supplies were provided for me. It was so easy! I also loved being in a room with rows and rows of tables full of other people doing the same thing. While an hour and a half was pretty short for us to be able to complete the craft, they turned out great! The next couple classes were a little bit of a let down. The first class was so fun and interactive that I was pumped for a whole day of it. Instead, I got several classes that were lectures and didn’t involve the participants at all. I felt like I was in school. I was really getting antsy as the next 4 classes were this way. By the time my mom and I were headed to the last class I was hitting a wall. However the last class was awesome just like the first. We made another home decoration for christmas. They were so so cute and super easy to make. While the class was really fun, I was so tired from the long day and was ready to head home. The convention was a great time and I do hope to make it next year. But I don’t think I’ll attend all 6 classes. If I do, I will choose the classes where crafts are actually made, although they are more expensive because of kit fees, it’s worth it to have a fun day full of crafting. *Kylie
