I saw this adorable wreath on Pinterest and just knew I had to try it!
I started off with an 18 inch wire wreath and 120 clothes pins. I used Apple Barrel paint in the colors Flag Red, Too Blue, and White. All these supplies were found at Walmart. I got the bag of multi sized stars at Hobby Lobby. Painting the clothes pins turns out to be quite the challenge. I had to hold the pins open with another pin to get the inside painted as pictured below. All colors only took one coat of paint. After several nights of painting I then put it all together. I got rewarded with this super cute wreath that I love to come home to see on my door. I will email full instructions to those who comment below. :) Happy July everyone!!

Ha such an embarrassing first video 😓. But it's alright gotta start somewhere and I can only get better from here!
So in my super awesome summer box I got 8 items along with the newsletter. * the Michael stars shawl * the bkr bottle * the moonstone necklace * a collagen protein powder sample * a juice beauty eye cream * a cargo hd highlighter * a klorane dry shampoo * a avène light hydrating sunscreen After spending some time playing around with my new toys I quickly decided the highlighter and bottle were just not for me. As I mentioned in the video, I am not a makeup person. For the purpose of the video I put on mascara. That's it. So the highlighter will probably be donated to a friend. As I attempted to fill up the water bottle I was in for a sad surprise. The opening is so small that it takes a large amount of concentration to pour anything into it. I'm quite picky about my drink carriers and how they look and function. The bkr bottle didn't make my cut. I have yet to try the protein (saving it for post run tomorrow) and the sunscreen. The eye cream is iffy for me so far. I put it on and it felt wonderful on my tired eyes. It suggests putting it on morning and night. So hopefully in the morning my bags will be gone 🤞🏻 I LOOOVEED the necklace. It's such a beautiful color and is so tiny and simple it's absolutely perfect for me and my style. I put it on right after the video and still haven't taken it off. I also really loved the shall which I plan to wear to the pool on my next outing. It's so summery and cute. The dry shampoo was actually a pleasant surprise. The spray was so powerful it actually lifted up my hair. It didn't smell horrible like all other dry shampoos I've tried. In fact it smelt really nice. I also liked that it didn't make my hair feel all powdery and tangled like the brand I'm currently using. Over all the box seemed pretty cool with 6/8 of the items to my liking and 3 I absolutely love. It was really fun to come home to the cute patterned box and opening it all up. It was like a tiny Christmas. Finanically I don't like I'll be able to reorder this box. It's just too expensive to fit into my tight budget. However I would love love love to order it again. What did you like best about the box? Would you order it? Please let me know :) Hi my name is Kylie! I am 20 years old and just moved out of my parents house, finished an associates degree, and got ENGAGED! I live in the cutest one bedroom apartment with my fiancé, Tyler. I love being on my own and the apartment has the cutest balcony that I adore. Right now it's kinda plain, but with my Pinterest addiction I'm sure that'll change soon. As priorly mentioned, I'm engaged! Tyler is my best friend and I love him so much. We meet in 9th grade science class, can you say high school sweethearts! We've had so many wonderful adventures together and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him. I lead what I call a wonderfully normal life that I can't wait to share with you! *Kylie |
